Stellis is a nod to my Aunt Stella, who taught me to listen to my intuition and to shine bright knowing that each of us has a star within us.
It took me many years and multiple life transitions to fully understand and embody what she meant.
We are stars wrapped in skin. The light you are seeking has always been within.

Hi, I’m Vivian.
Like you, I have been through many personal and professional life transitions. Some I simply survived and others I thrived through.
I am passionate about supporting people and empowering them to dig deeper to find the why beneath the why of their choices and to live authentic, fuller lives in alignment with their values.
My professional transitions include being a dentist, public health professional, manager, trainer, teacher, mentor, and life coach. I’ll add stay-at-home mother because that is the most amazing, complex, and often under-recognized thing many women do.
My personal transitions have been enriching. I identify as a third culture adult, meaning that I was born in one country with parents from another country and grew up in a third. I have lived in both peaceful parts of the world and conflict zones- as citizen, expat, and immigrant- and have learned a lot from the subtleties and complexities that go with these transitions.
Closer to my heart, I am a mother, daughter, sister, friend, stepmother, ex-wife, and empty nester. These lifestyle and life stage transitions have taught me resilience and the importance of authenticity and being true to my self.
I am curious to learn more about you and your dreams and challenges, and to help you set and reach your achievable and attainable goals.
In coaching, as in public health, you know you’re doing a good job when you make yourself obsolete.
