Taming Your Inner Critic

Judge yourself too harshly or lack self-confidence?
Procrastinate and overthink things?
Identify as a people-pleaser?
In Taming your Inner Critic you can expect to:
Recognize the stories beneath your stories and limiting beliefs.
Learn strategies to “rewire” your thinking.
Confidently embrace self-acceptance.
The transformative power of groups
Group programs are powerful and transformational. Being part of a group and tapping into the strength and support of the collective results in deeper insights and the knowledge that you are not alone in your journey.
For group programs, I partner with Kathy Laning, who took early retirement from a senior executive position in order to pursue her passion for serving others through coaching. We facilitate programs supporting self-discovery and personal growth, using a combination of coaching principles and current research in neuroscience and positive psychology.
Programs typically run for 8 weeks, covering a different Module each week. We will guide you through a process of deep exploration of your identity, beliefs, biases, values, and strengths. You will use these insights to reconnect with your higher self and deeper purpose as you set personal goals and design strategies for moving forward powerfully and with intention.
Group programs are limited to 12 participants. Sessions are between 75 and 90 minutes and are held via Zoom in the evenings EST but can vary as we try our best to accommodate different time zones .
