What is coaching and how does it work?

  • Coaching is a safe and confidential process where we work together to address your challenges, identify goals, and work towards reaching those goals.

    Whilst coaching can be therapeutic, it is not therapy. Therapy looks at the past and root causes, whereas coaching focuses on the future and moving forward. They can complement each other, but one is not a replacement for the other.
